About Dr. Julie Taw

Holistic Physician. Root-Cause Thinker. Partner in Your Well-Being.

For over 20 years, I’ve practiced medicine — but my deepest work has always been helping people connect how they live to how they feel. Through my own experience balancing a demanding career, motherhood, and my health, I’ve learned that true well-being isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what actually matters.

In my medical practice, I bring together root-cause and functional medicine, lifestyle change, and mind-body tools to support people — especially fellow busy moms — in reclaiming their health. Whether we’re diving into specialty lab testing, making practical shifts in nutrition and stress, or building simple, sustainable habits, the goal is the same: helping you feel better, live better, and experience life with more clarity, energy, and ease.

Board Certification in Internal Medicine provides me with a solid foundation to integrate with holistic medicine. As Assistant Clinical Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt Sinai, I taught medical students and Internal Medicine residents the importance of building trust and forging a relationship with patients to get the best clinical outcomes. After training and certification by the Center for Mind Body Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine, I brought my expertise to Wellness at Goldman Sachs. Finally, working at Parsley Health for over six years has fortified my knowledge and skills by guiding many people to achieve their health goals. My journey has prepared me in guiding you to feel good and optimize your health.
